I allow the Festival to exhibit excerpts of my work before, during and after the festival, for the purposes of promoting my work and the Festival.
I understand that if any opportunity arises to exhibit, for a fee, my entry in any medium, I will be contacted for approval, whether donated screening or fee negotiation, prior to any exhibition.
I release and hold harmless the Festival for any damage or loss that might happen to my entry.
