Here's how:

1. Download one of these on-line forms. Use the word.doc form if you will be emailing it to us.Use the pdf form if you will be using snail mail.
2. Choose your title(s) by browsing our website:
   -Click here for List of Titles for all festivals (there was no festival in 2003)
   
3. Send your choices by e-mail to director@ptff.org. Be sure to include the Title and the Index number (i.e. "Speak Out 2000", 196-PTF-2001)
4. Videos are loaned for a seven day period. Let us know when you would like to pick them up. Our address is:

5. If you are from outside Calgary, we can mail them to you. There will be a fee for this, which you can pay by Visa or MasterCard, or send us a cheque. Once we know your location, we will let you know the amount of this fee.
6. You are responsible to return the videos, either in person to or by shipping them. The address is listed in point #3 above, or you can go to our contacts page.
7. There is no charge to loan videos from Picture this...Library, as long as you are not charging admission to view the videos.
8. There may be a few titles that are not available for loan. When you send us your choice(s), we will let you know if they are available.
