It’s never too early to submit your work! Please print, complete and send the form to us along with your video and picture and press kit if you have one. (.tif file preferred). You'll find the postal mailing address at the end of the form. (To download the entry form as a Word Document, right click on the link, then select 'Save Target As' in Internet Explorer, OR select 'Save Link As' in Netscape.)
